It's coming soon! The Arc of Hilo wants to warmly invite our east Hawai'i friends and colleagues to join us June 4th at the 2nd Annual King Kamehameha's Awesome Athletes Canoe Race, to be held here in Hilo bay!

Please help spread the word among Hawai'i Island students and /or adults with special needs who love ocean sports, or want to experience an exciting outrigger race supported by seasoned volunteer paddlers. Youth and adult divisions available!

We are intentionally holding the races the week before the Special Olympics so that more folks can join both events. Free paddling lessons available in advance through our partner Ohana Wa'a Laulima at https://www.owlclubhawaii.org/.

Registration is now OPEN at www.hilocanoerace.com.

We're anticipating an incredible event, with over 100 athletes and volunteers last year, and we're anticipating even more in '23.

We're looking forward to a great event!
